When will my payment method be charged?
Your payment method will be charged automatically as soon as you place your order.
I received a promotion code. How do I apply it?
At checkout, simply type the code into the box that says “Promo Code.” Then, click the button that says “Apply.” All promotion codes can only be used once.
How do I change my payment method?
To update your payment method, go to “My Account – Payment methods https://petsavenue.co.nz/my-account/payment-methods/ – Delete or add new payment method”.
If you are adding a new payment method without deleting the old one, make sure to use the “Make Default” option so the new payment method will be charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- American Express
- Debit Cards
Your credit card is automatically saved as your default payment option after checkout. If you wish to remove it, you can do so through the “Saved Cards” option in your account. Note: This option is not available for Autodeliver customers as per the Terms and Conditions of the Autodeliver Policy.
How do I get a GST receipt?
You can print a GST receipt directly from your account by following these steps:
- Log into your account
- Click on “your account” from the My Account Menu
- Select “orders” from the drop-down menu
- Select the order you wish to view, then select the option to print or change that to “save as PDF”
