Before Shipping: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact customer support to modify or cancel your order.

After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed. You’ll need to return the product at your own expense and place a new order if needed.

To get a refund, contact support@petsavenue.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s due to an error by Pets Avenue. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method.
